1. What this service is
These Terms are an agreement between you and Yibi AI LLC, which provides this service under the AppTelepath brand (“we”, “us”).
AppTelepath (the “Service”) is a remote debugging SaaS platform for development and testing: once you integrate our SDK into your own app, the running app becomes a set of structured debugging commands that you and your AI agents can call — observation (logs, network, performance and so on), control (taps, text input), diagnosis, and session recording and replay.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a team or company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You sign in with a GitHub or Google account; your first sign-in automatically provisions a workspace for you.
- A workspace is the boundary for device connections, team collaboration and billing. You can invite members; the number of members (seats) is limited by the plan you buy. Connected devices and command-calling agents do not take seats.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your workspace access tokens. A token grants debugging access to the devices in that workspace, and you bear the consequences of a leaked token; you can revoke tokens at any time in the console.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and your tokens.
3. Subscriptions, trials and payment
- During the free beta, new workspaces need no credit card and have no expiry date, but they still run under the Trial plan's device, traffic, seat and retention limits. We will give notice before billing and the 7-day trial begin; if a trial expires in the future, existing data within its retention window can still be viewed and exported after signing in.
- Paid plans are as published on the pricing page. The device count, traffic, seats and data retention of each plan are as listed there. Contact us for larger requirements.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
- You can cancel your subscription yourself in the console at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you are not charged after that; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Downgrading or expiring does not delete your existing data immediately: we provide an export window for the retention period of your previous plan, and apply the new plan's retention period after that.
- If prices change, we will give you advance notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
The Service may only be used to debug apps you own or are authorized to debug. You agree to the following:
- Do not distribute the SDK in production App Store builds. The Service targets development, testing and internal builds (Debug, AdHoc, enterprise-signed, TestFlight and the like). At runtime the SDK refuses to start when it detects a production App Store distribution channel, and TestFlight requires you to opt in explicitly. Circumventing that restriction is a material breach of these Terms.
- Do not use the Service to access or control devices or applications you have no right to access, and do not report data you have no right to process.
- Do not abuse the Service — for example by circumventing quotas and metering, probing or attacking the infrastructure, or reselling the Service.
- Comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including the privacy and data protection obligations you owe to your app's end users.
5. Your data
The debugging data relayed and stored through the Service (logs, network records, screenshots, recordings and so on) is reported by your devices and belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you report contains nothing you have no right to process.
6. Intellectual property
The AppTelepath brand, platform, console and other first-party code are the intellectual property of Yibi AI LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them as necessary to use the Service. The SDK's specific licence terms are those of the licence file shipped with it; third-party components within it belong to their respective owners and are subject to their own licences.
7. Availability and disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live event streams are best-effort delivery; the data plane does not persist messages, and clients reconnect automatically after an interruption.
- The Service is a debugging tool. It is not intended for continuous operation in production and should not be a dependency of your business continuity.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
8. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable use in section 4), we may suspend or terminate your access; where circumstances allow, we will notify you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.
- After termination, your data is handled according to the retention periods and deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will give advance notice of material changes on the site or by email; continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
